Jaclyn Lee

Jaclyn leads the Group’s Human Resources Division to accelerate the growth and performance of its 27,000 global employees, cementing Certis’ position as a global operations technology solutions provider.

She brings some 30 years of human resources expertise spanning the full spectrum of functions in both international and local organisations. Jaclyn previously led the Group Human Resources team from 2005 to 2009, where she championed the people-first agenda and HR transformation during the corporatisation of Certis. Jaclyn is also a Public Administration Medal (Silver) recipient in Singapore, and is accredited as Master Professional (IHRP-MP) by the Institute of Human Resource Professionals.
