Janice Lee

Janice L. is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner and Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Certis since August 2019, Janice has held various roles at Certis from 2012 to 2016, including Assistant Manager and Associate in Talent Resourcing. Prior to their tenure at Certis, Janice was an HR Business Partner at Pan United Corporation Ltd from 2018 to 2019 and Nanyang Technological University from 2016 to 2018. Janice began their career at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, working in the Recruitment Branch from 2007 to 2012. Janice holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Human Resource Management and Business Management from Curtin University and a Diploma in Interior Architecture & Design from Temasek Polytechnic.
