Luis Phay

Luis Phay has gained extensive work experience in the security industry. Luis started their career in 1990 as a Senior Military Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces, where they served until 2014. Following that, they joined Surbana Jurong Private Limited in 2015 and held roles in Capacity Development and Security Consulting. In their role as a Security Consultant, they focused on business development and corporate security. In 2017, Luis Phay became the Managing Director of Group Security System at Certis International.

Luis Phay holds a BSC in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Luis later pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Education Management from the same university from 2010 to 2012. In 2016 to 2018, Luis completed a Post Grad Diploma in Security and Risk Management at the University of Leicester. Luis also earned additional certifications, including a PSP from ASIS International in December 2017, and a CPP from ASIS International in July 2016.
