Matthew Attard is a Learning & Development Manager based in the APAC region, with over 15 years of experience in training and coaching employees to achieve excellence within organizations. Matthew has held various leadership roles across multiple companies, including positions at Greenlit Brands, rt health, and Wipro, where they successfully managed end-to-end training processes and led numerous projects. Currently, Matthew serves as the National Learning & Development Leader at Certis, while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Their expertise encompasses leadership training, change management, and team development, contributing to a strong organizational culture.
