Melvin Chia

Melvin Chia is an accomplished security and project management professional with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Government Security Projects at Certis, Melvin has previously held significant roles at companies like BluOcean Security and Certis, where they managed large-scale security projects, including initiatives for the Singapore Police Force and Changi Airport. Melvin holds a Double Major in Business Information Systems and Cyber Forensics from Murdoch University, complemented by a Diploma in IT Networking from Temasek Polytechnic.
