Roslina Sim

Roslina Sim is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in employee communications and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee Communications and CSR at Certis since October 2025, Roslina previously spent over a decade at KPMG Singapore, where roles included People Experience Associate Director and Internal Communications Associate Director. Key achievements at KPMG involved leading the localization and implementation of the Global Employee Value Proposition, driving a values-driven culture transformation, and enhancing employee engagement scores. Prior positions include Communications Senior Executive at Resorts World Sentosa, where Roslina developed internal communications strategies and contributed to external branding initiatives, and a Creative Writer intern at Apostrophe Films. Roslina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, earned in 2011.
