Leonardo Gonçalves

Leonardo Colli Gon, PMP, is a Senior Innovation Project Manager at Reckitt since July 2019, overseeing Healthcare Project Management and Innovation for Latin America. Prior roles at Reckitt include Innovation Project Manager, focusing on product development for OTC brands and personal care. Prior to joining Reckitt, Leonardi held various positions at Whirlpool Latin America, including Cost Reduction Project Manager and Project Manager for Product Development. Leonardo's career began at Kraft Foods as a Project Engineer and Process Improvement Engineer, and also included an internship at Johnson & Johnson, where cost reduction and productivity optimization were key responsibilities. Leonardo holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Post Graduate degree in Business Management from FAE Business School.
