Ali Awes

Ali Awes has worked for multiple companies in various roles. In 2013, they worked as a Community Coordinator at Certitude London. In 2014, they joined Certitude as a Community Connector and Somali Wellbeing Service. Ali later became a Community Connector in Lambeth. Additionally, in 2014, Ali worked as a Trainee Community Organiser at Locality, where they listened to members of the community and supported them in advocating and bringing positive change. These experiences have allowed Ali to develop skills in community building, advocacy, and delivering front line services.
