Athena Echave has work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2021, they worked as an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. Prior to that, in 2017, they held a role as a Support Worker at Certitude. In 2016, they volunteered as a Psychology Volunteer at St Andrew's Healthcare. In 2015, they worked as part of the Welcome team and Student Ambassador at the University of Northampton. In the same year, they also served as a Volunteer Administrative Assistant at Alec Reed Academy. Their work experience also includes volunteering at Cancer Research UK from 2012 to 2013.
Athena Echave pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from the University of Northampton from the years 2013 to 2016. Later, between the years 2018 to 2019, Athena undertook an MSc in Clinical Mental Health Sciences from UCL's Division of Psychiatry.
