Jörg Ulmer

Jörg Ulmer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jörg is currently serving as the Co-Founder & CTO at Certivity since November 2021. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & Managing Director at Midiaid UG starting from April 2019.

Jörg also has significant experience in the software engineering field. Jörg worked at Informatica from 2012 to 2019, initially as a Senior Software Engineer involved in developing standard enterprise software for their product information management team. Later, they became a Lead Software Engineer, working on the implementation of core platform backend services for their cloud-enabled multi-domain master data management system.

Before their time at Informatica, Jörg worked as a Software Engineer at SPX Service Solutions from 2011 to 2012, where they contributed to the automotive diagnostics project Xentry for the Daimler Group.

Jörg'searlier experience includes working as a Working Student at Novatec Consulting GmbH from 2009 to 2011, and as a Software Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space - Intelligence from 2007 to 2009.

Jörg Ulmer completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Technology at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2004 to 2007. Jörg further pursued their education at the Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart, where they obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Software Technology from 2009 to 2011.
