Jo Schofield possesses a diverse background in customer operations and support, training, and administration across various sectors. Experience includes serving as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at CF Tulley Associates, followed by leadership roles such as Director of Global Customer Operations at Certn and VP of Customer Success at Veriff. Jo has successfully managed teams across Europe, the UK, and the US, with a focus on customer-centric strategies and complex software implementations. Additional roles include Head of Professional Services at GBG Plc, Director of Customer EMEA at IDVerse, and involvement in key training and project management positions at IDOX plc, Sybrin Limited, and IDnow. Recently, Jo became a founding member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership.
