Adam Schlatner

Adam Schlatner has a diverse work experience that spans over several years in the legal industry. Adam is currently the EVP, General Counsel at Certor Sports, where they provide legal counsel for Certor Sports and other companies within the Innovatus Capital Partners portfolio. Prior to this, Adam served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law. Adam also worked at Cozen O'Connor as a Partner and Chair of the Sports Industry Team, and at Baker & Hostetler LLP as a Partner. Before that, Adam was a Litigation Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP for a significant period.

Adam Schlatner attended Binghamton University from 1986 to 1990, where they received their BA in Political Science with Honors. Adam then went on to study at the University of Michigan Law School from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained their JD with cum laude honors.
