Moti Rafalin

Moti Rafalin is a distinguished entrepreneur and technology executive, currently serving as the CEO, Chairman, and Founder of vFunction since June 2017, where a pioneering AI-driven architectural observability platform is developed. Moti holds an official membership in the Forbes Technology Council since April 2021 and serves as an investor and advisor at Certora, focusing on smart contract security. Additionally, Moti is a member of Cyberstarts, a unique venture capital firm centered on cybersecurity entrepreneurs, and has been an advisory board member at SafeBreach and Baffle, Inc. since 2015, both dedicated to enhancing security protocols. Previous roles include interim CEO at LearnUp, executive in residence at Shasta Ventures, and senior vice president at BlackBerry, where Moti facilitated the transition of WatchDox into BlackBerry Workspaces. Moti holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Aerospace Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
