David McNeill

David McNeill is currently a Plant & Transmission System Analyst at Certrec. David has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on transmission and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining Certrec, David was a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator at Entergy Services, Inc., where they developed testimony for MPSC Regulatory Hearings. David also spent 10 years as a Manager of Transmission Quality Control at Entergy Services, Inc. and Entergy Operations, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for the quality control of the transmission system and operations of ANO Unit 1.
