Fred Madden

Fred Madden has been working in the field of nuclear compliance for over ten years. Fred started their career at Luminant, where they were responsible for regulatory affairs, emergency planning, security, employee concerns and legal interface for Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant. Fred then moved to Certrec, where they are currently the Office of Licensing & Compliance. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring that the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
