Steve George

Steve George is an experienced compliance and quality management professional with a comprehensive background in highly regulated industries. Currently serving as NERC Compliance Manager at Certrec since July 2020, Steve has previously held positions such as Office of NERC Compliance Analyst Supervisor and Compliance Analyst. Prior to Certrec, Steve worked as a Quality Manager at A&W Energy and as a Quality Assurance Specialist at DP Engineering, where expertise in quality control programs and stakeholder guidance was developed. Steve's early career included roles in administrative management, supporting financial and project management functions. Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University, completed between 2012 and 2014.
