Tod Moser started their work experience in 2004 at Ameren as a Plant Engineering Manager. After working at STARS Alliance as a Regulatory Affairs Manager, they returned to Ameren in 2009 as an Executive Director and later became the Director of Nuclear Projects. Currently, they work at Certrec as a Project Manager starting in 2023.
Tod Moser completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Iowa State University from 1977 to 1981. Tod then pursued a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, which they completed in 1992.
In terms of additional certifications, Tod Moser obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2014. Tod also obtained a Professional Engineer certification from the State of Missouri in 1985.
