Brian Duperre

Brian DuPerre is an experienced legal and business professional with a strong background in privacy, cybersecurity, and healthcare. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Advisors for a stealth health-tech startup focused on improving mental health outcomes using advanced technologies, Brian also advises and invests in Certree, a Silicon Valley-based SaaS privacy and anti-fraud platform. Previously, Brian held senior legal and management roles at UnitedHealthcare for nearly 20 years, witnessing the company's growth from $60 billion to over $315 billion in revenue, and contributed to Text IQ as a Board advisor, focusing on AI solutions for sensitive information protection. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Massachusetts School of Law and a dual Bachelor's degree in Public Policy & Government and History & the Social Sciences from Eastern Connecticut State University.
