John Findlay

John Findlay is currently the Centre Manager and External Verifier at Certsure LLP, overseeing the management and operation of NICEIC Certification assessment centres. With over twenty-five years of experience in vocational training and development within the energy and utility sector, they have successfully designed and delivered numerous training programs and solutions. Previously, Findlay held various roles at British Gas, including National Training Manager and Head of Development, where they contributed to the growth and effectiveness of training delivery. Their career began with a four-year apprenticeship at Scottish Gas, followed by roles that developed their expertise in training and skills development.
