Bas Auckel

Bas Auckel serves as the Manager Strategische Relaties and Regiomanager at Certus Groep since February 2017, overseeing the Amsterdam office and guiding advisers and staff while maintaining commercial responsibility for Noord-Holland, Utrecht, and Flevoland. In this role, Auckel conducts internal training for colleagues. In addition, Auckel holds the position of Relatiemanager at De Lerende Ambtenaar since April 2021, addressing the evolving needs of professionals in the public domain. Previous experience includes a role as Afstudeerstagiair Economie, Cultuur & Onderwijs at Gemeente Breda, where Auckel conducted research on policy interventions aimed at retaining talented graduates in the region, and as Stagiair Maatschappij en Organisatie at Gemeente Loon op Zand, developing an advisory report on the implementation of the Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning 2015. Auckel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Bestuurskunde from Avans University of Applied Sciences between 2011 and 2016.
