Melissa Smith

Melissa Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product direction and business operations. Currently serving as Product Director and Business Operations at Certus since April 2022, Melissa has previously held significant leadership positions, including Vice President of Sales at TPC Training and Chief Operating Officer at eFoodHandlers®. Melissa's career began at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included Senior Operations Finance from August 2006 to December 2015. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Portland State University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
