At Certy we work on developing innovative web services. Our services are “Devless”, they don’t require more development work by the client and are integrated with our most advanced anti-scam system powered by artificial intelligence. We started in 2018 when we launched Certy Check to help people buy second-hand items remotely and safely. We setup a network of 3000 people who checked the items sold on the top classified ads sites in Italy such as Subito.it (Adevinta) and Bakeca.it.In partnership with Subito.it we adjusted this service to help people book their holidays without the risk of being swindled.We created our own machine learning system for anti-scam moderation, Certy AI.Our main aim was to identify scam ads from the regular ads with the help of automated moderation. Our system guarantees correct and reliable results respecting the users’ privacy. The same methodology used to detect scams can be used in other fields and with other aims. Taking advantage of our assets such as our own system for security, control and moderation we can build ad hoc services to improve the user’s experience in every aspect.
