Transpersonal development follows a double path: the psychological integration (maturity) and the recognition of the spiritual dimension of the human being (transcendence).

Its final goal is to reconcile ourselves with the totality to which we belong, that is, to establish direct contact with life, introducing us to a space free of egoic fears and full of creativity, affection, and lucidity.

In the business arena, more honest and mature professionals emerge, who know themselves better and who recognize others better. Conscious professionals cultivate fertile and productive organizations, and the value contributed by the team is multiplied.
