Robert Spahn serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at CES Power since April 2025. Prior to this role, Spahn held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Kaman Corporation from May 2023 to February 2025 and worked at Kaman Aerospace Corporation as Executive Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Director from March 2019 to May 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Human Resources Leader at Baker Hughes, Regional Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at GE Oil & Gas, and various human resources roles at Anheuser-Busch. Spahn began a career in human resources as Manager at NBCUniversal and transitioned through operational roles at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Spahn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida, achieved in 2001.
