Gopa Kumar has over a decade of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an HR Executive at CES since June 2013. Previously, Gopa held roles as a Team Lead at Excelencia Inc. and INSYS, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the recruitment cycle, client requirements, and sourcing candidates. Gopa began a career in recruitment as a Technical Recruiter at BeyondTek IT and served as an HR Executive at HCL BPO. Gopa holds an MBA in Human Resource from MSSS, completed in 2010, and has a proven track record in sourcing and placing IT professionals across the USA.
