John Schlender

John Schlender began their work experience in 1999 as a School Counselor at Edgerton School District. John held this role until 2010. In July 2010, they became a Principal at Mayville School District. After eight years, they joined CESA 6 in July 2018 as a Consultant in the Center For Professional Practice and Growth, a role they currently hold.

John Schlender earned a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership from National Louis University, which they attended from 2009 to 2010. Prior to this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Counseling at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1989 to 1994.
