Mike Marquart is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in information technology and web design. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Technology Services at CESA 2 since October 2019, Mike has also been a Web Designer for Paper Dolls Home Furnishings since July 2013. Previously, Mike held various roles at Impact Networking, LLC from July 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included MIT District Manager and Lead Field Network Engineer. As Chief Information Technology Officer at First Citizens State Bank from June 2000 to July 2016, Mike oversaw all information technology functions. Early in the career, Mike served as the Assistant Technology Coordinator at Whitewater Unified School District and worked at Computer Networks, Inc. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned in 2002.

CESA 2
The Cooperative Educational Service Agency (CESA) 2 is one of twelve educational service agencies in the state of Wisconsin. Nineteen CESAs were formed in 1963 by the state legislature. In 1985, CESAs were reduced to twelve and the regions have continued to serve their local school districts since that time. CESA 2 serves 74 school districts in southern Wisconsin. The districts are very diverse as there are K-8, high school, and K-12 districts. District enrollments vary from 90 – 27,0000. Needs of districts vary greatly. Services offered by CESA 2 include literacy, numeracy, Title I, special education, systems coaching/planning, and instructional coaching. CESA 2 also offers programs that create efficiencies and savings for districts. Examples include driver’s education, cooperative purchasing, and a nutrition network. CESA 2 also operates the Rock County Birth-3 program, Vocational Opportunities Assistance for adults with disabilities, Jefferson County Head Start, and special education consortia in the Union Grove and Western Kenosha areas.
