Munir Abud

Munir Abud is an experienced leader with a strong background in public service and regulation. Currently serving as the Diretor Presidente at CESAN since February 2023, Munir has previously held the same title at Bandes ES from March 2021 to February 2023 and at ARSP - Agência de Regulação de Serviços Públicos do Espirito Santo from April 2019 to February 2021. Prior to these roles, Munir was the Procurador Geral for the Municipio de Anchieta/ES from January 2013 to September 2016. Munir Abud's academic credentials include a Pós-graduação Stricto Sensu - Mestrado Acadêmico in Direitos e garantias fundamentais from FDV, a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - Especialização in Direito Administrativo from PUC Minas, and a degree from Universidade Vila Velha - UVV.
