Alessandra Callado is a Design Lead at CESAR and has extensive experience in design and consultancy, having founded Móbile Comunicação in 2004, later rebranded as Gráfio Design Studio. Alessandra holds a Master's degree in Digital Artifact Design and an MBA in Service Management from the Federal University of Pernambuco. With a strong background in User-Centered Design, Alessandra has collaborated with numerous companies across various sectors, focusing on solutions that enhance quality, satisfaction, and efficiency. Previously, Alessandra worked as a UX Designer at Neoenergia, and has contributed to various design projects in editorial and graphic design.
