Fabi Andrade 🏾

Fabi Andrade is a leader in the Culture & ESG area at CESAR, where they conceive and develop socio-environmental impact initiatives, particularly focusing on the inclusion of women, Black individuals, people with disabilities, LGBTQIAP+ individuals, and those over 50 in technology and innovation. With over 20 years of experience in innovation, solution design, and information & communication technology, they have worked extensively in corporate communication and stakeholder engagement. Fabi was mentored in the first cycle of the executive training program for Black women, Pacto Transforma, and holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism from UFPE and multiple post-graduate certifications, including a Master's in Strategic Transformation from CESAR School.
