Cescaphe
Shannon Smith has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. They started their career at Shaner Hotels in 2012 as a Food and Beverage Manager. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Victory Brewing Company, starting as a Restaurant Manager and progressing to Assistant General Manager and eventually General Manager. In 2018, they joined Goose Island Beer Company as a General Manager, where they worked until 2020. From 2021 to 2023, they held the position of Director of Operations at Glu Hospitality, before becoming the Operations Director at Cescaphe in 2024.
Shannon Smith attended Penn State University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management.
