Joy Demichelle

Joy DeMichelle is an accomplished Intimacy Choreographer and Coordinator with a focus on trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practices, currently working at Acting With Joy since February 2020. With a rich background in performance as an actor and voice-over artist represented by CESD and Avalon Artists since 1996, Joy has appeared in numerous television shows and films, as well as national commercials. Joy is also the founder of Bolster Joy, a transformative space aimed at supporting mothers. Prior experience includes roles as a yoga advisor, executive referral marketing coach, and event coordinator. Joy holds an MFA in Theatre from Rutgers University and has completed various additional training related to intimacy direction and coaching.
