Cesil Professional was founded by Emre Öztürk in Istanbul in 2009. After completing his technical graduation in Istanbul, Emre was involved in the production of many different kitchen products, especially bakery goods. Products of this kind were in demand both in Turkey and in many countries abroad.
In 2009, on its own production line under the Cesil brand, the product range, which mainly consisted of raw materials such as silicone, plastic and stainless steel, started the manufacturing of goods made of new raw materials such as polycarbonate, polyethylene, polyurethane, aluminum and enamel.
Since its foundation, Cesil has been following the latest developments in the industry and is constantly expanding its variety of machinery, growing steadily thanks to its high-quality and plentiful machine park. Therefore, it is expanding its customer portfolio every year. In particular, it provides its customer base with the highest quality, innovations and outstanding features of the pastry and bakery industry.
Cesil Professional is one of the leading brands of the pastry and bakery industry in Turkey and strives to achieve the highest customer satisfaction by using high quality and qualitative raw materials. Both the production standards and the selection of raw materials are approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and also the Ministry of Health. In addition, the production complies with all FDA and CE standards.
With a young and dynamic team of 40 employees, Cesil produces its goods in a closed area totaling 4,200 m2, exports the goods in its rich product portfolio to 17 different countries in addition to domestic sales. Meanwhile, more than 3,000 product options are part of the portfolio, and it is constantly expanding.
