Filip Řezáč is a seasoned researcher and academic with extensive expertise in telecommunications, currently serving as a researcher at CESNET, z.s.p.o since 2009, focusing on VoIP, BeeSIP development, multimedia, the Internet of Things, and OpenWRT. Additionally, since 2010, Filip has held a postdoctoral position as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Telecommunications at VSB Technical University of Ostrava, where research interests encompass VoIP technology implementations, network modeling, disaster-resilient network systems, next generation networks, and network security. Filip holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Telecommunications Engineering, along with a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Mobile Technology, all obtained from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava between 2005 and 2016.
