Radovan Igliar has a diverse work experience in various positions and industries. Radovan began their career at Fujitsu Siemens Computers as a System Engineer from July 2005 to July 2008. Radovan then joined D3S as a Network Security Consultant from August 2008 to July 2010. Following that, they worked at Cisco Networking Academy as a Community Manager & Instructor, where they managed projects and provided instruction for CCNA courses from May 2005 to February 2018. In 2007, Radovan joined the Czech Technical University in Prague, initially as a Teacher & Technology Transfer Specialist and later as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Information Technology. During their time there, they also took on the role of Project Manager at Inovacentrum. Radovan'sresponsibilities included teaching computer networking and project management. Moving on, Radovan joined CESNET, z.s.p.o in 2012 as a Product Manager, and later held various leadership roles including Head of User Liaison Department, Head of Communication and User Liaison Department, and currently holds the position of Head of Service Delivery Unit since February 2022.

Radovan Igliar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Czech Technical University in Prague. Radovan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from the same university, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. From 2007 to 2009, Radovan studied Computer Technology in the field of Computer Network and Internet at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering. Subsequently, they earned a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Management from Czech Technical University in Prague, completing their studies from 2012 to 2014. Alongside their formal education, Radovan obtained certifications including CCNA (640-801) from Cisco, First (FCE) from Cambridge English Language Assessment, and IPMA Level D® - Certified Project Management Associate from IPMA: International Project Management Association.
