C’est ici Design — Studio Overview

C’est ici Design is an award-winning interior architecture and design studio based in Dubai, operating across the Middle East and internationally. Founded by Monica Arango, the studio is built on a clear philosophy: to create environments where design integrity, craftsmanship, and commercial intelligence work in seamless alignment.

Our portfolio spans high-end residential, hospitality, retail, and developer-led projects, with a strong track record in delivering concept-driven interiors that translate into tangible value. We collaborate closely with private clients, leading developers, and operators to shape spaces that are not only visually compelling, but strategically positioned, efficient to execute, and built to perform. At the core of our approach is a deep understanding of materiality and detail. Every project begins with a strong conceptual foundation—where narrative, context, and user experience define direction. From there, we refine each layer through proportion, texture, and technical resolution, ensuring that the design vision is carried consistently from concept through to execution. Our work is not driven by trends, but by a disciplined design language that results in timeless, relevant environments.

What distinguishes C’est ici Design is our ability to balance creativity with discipline. We approach each project with a curated mindset—selective, intentional, and detail-driven—while remaining agile and responsive to the realities of timelines, budgets, and project constraints. This dual approach allows us to deliver spaces that are both emotionally engaging and commercially successful. From beachfront villas and luxury residences to flagship retail environments and hospitality concepts, each project is approached as a unique opportunity to create a meaningful spatial experience.
