Thamara Prado

Thamara Prado is a senior innovation leader and currently serves as the Head of Innovation Strategy, Open Innovation & Corporate Investments at Natura Latam. With experience spanning multiple roles in the organization, including Corporate Venturing Manager and Business Innovation Coordinator, Thamara focuses on bridging corporates and startups. They have previously held strategic positions at USP Júnior and Stone, and have been involved in various academic roles as an invited professor at CESUPA and Future Dojo. Thamara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo and has completed an Executive Program in Innovative Project Management at The University of Akron.
