Max Ricketts

Max Ricketts currently serves as the Head of Technology and DevOps Team Lead at CETA Software, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Max was a Senior DevOps Engineer at Revantage UK, where significant optimizations in CI/CD pipelines were achieved, reducing deployment time from an hour to under 20 minutes. Max’s experience spans various positions primarily in the realms of DevOps and cloud solutions, including roles at Extrinsica Global and Airbus Defence and Space, where leadership in maintaining application availability for aircraft systems was demonstrated. Formerly, as a DevOps/Technical Support professional at CETA Software and as an Infrastructure Engineer with CSE Education Systems, Max contributed to infrastructure setup, server installations, and automation. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Abingdon & Witney College, completed in 1999.
