The concept for Cetana began with two friends on a road trip, talking about mental health, living in the north and alternative forms of mind and body wellness including sensory deprivation tanks and Neurofeedback. This conversation sparked a chord in the friends, and from there, piece by piece the idea grew. Two Years later Cetana finally opened its doors, and has grown from the initial concept, to a full mind and body wellness centre. 

As residents of the Northwest Territories, we are excited to offer our community new opportunities for self care, mental health and body wellness. We are passionate about helping people find volition and directionality for their lives, and believe that the services we offer will assist in that. Helping people invest in themselves not only betters the life of the individual; but has the potential to affect the broader community as well.
