David Jones is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer and Onboarding Specialist at CETech since April 2022, David previously held multiple roles at Frontier Communications from May 2011 to February 2022, including Service Delivery Manager for a Tier 1 Help Desk and Lead of the IT Help Desk. David's expertise extends to crisis and incident management, having coordinated resources during critical incidents and provided long-term solutions to mitigate organizational impact. David’s earlier roles include positions as a Sr. Desktop Support Tech at the University of Rochester Medical Center, and Desktop Support Engineer at both Entre Computer Services and Electronic Data Systems. David's education includes attendance at Tuskegee University and Monroe Community College.
