Emily Patch

Emily Patch is a knowledgeable technology professional with extensive experience in support roles. Currently serving as a Help Desk Specialist at NERDAPP since December 2022, Emily provides comprehensive remote home support in various technology areas. Previous experience includes a role as a Desktop Support Engineer at CETech, where responsibilities involved computer hardware and software troubleshooting alongside help desk support. An internship at CETech further developed skills in meeting client needs through managed services. Emily's background includes significant leadership experience as a Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy from March 2009 to September 2020. Educational achievements include an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Information Technology from Germanna Community College and ongoing studies towards an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Coastline College.
