Michael Dulay

Michael Dulay is an experienced professional in financial aid and educational program operations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of J-1 Operations and High School Program Director of Operations at the Council for Educational Travel, USA (CETUSA) since January 2018, Michael previously held positions such as Director of Financial Aid at Compass College of Cinematic Arts and RMCAD | Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design.
