Ashley Sears

Ashley Sears, Customer Service Specialist, has many years of experience in customer experience, which were primarily in retail and financial institutions before joining iCEV.

In her current position, Sears enjoys interacting with a wide variety of people. She says, "She love talking to all the different people. On a daily basis, she have the pleasure of talking to the sales reps, teachers and sometimes even students. It is interesting to hear all the different stories that people have to tell. She also enjoy being able to help them with whatever issue they are having and being able to make their lives a little bit easier."

Since starting at iCEV, Sears has been able to learn more about the field of Career & Technical Education. She is inspired by the passion teachers have for helping their students succeed.
