Lissa Rodriguez

Lissa Yvette Rodriguez, Customer Service Specialist, is originally from Brownfield, TX and joined the iCEV team in 2021. She has a deep passion for serving educators and students by helping solve their technology problems. In Rodriguez’ position, serves as direct resource to teachers through chats and phone calls. Her day-to-day work primarily consists of creating and renewing quotes for iCEV. “Getting to resolve customer problems and learning new things about the schools and states serve is the favorite aspect of the job,” Rodriguez said.
