Rick Fleming

Originally from Pasadena, TX, Rick Fleming taught agricultural science and speech at Del Valle ISD and Academy ISD for 33 years. His favorite aspect of teaching was seeing students achieve success in their various endeavors. Fleming received his B. S. bachelor’s degree in agricultural education from East Texas State University and master’s degree in education from Southwest Texas State University.

"He enjoyed watching students grow and mature as they progressed from shy freshmen into self-confident seniors," he says. Fleming joined the iCEV team shortly after retiring from teaching. He says, "He have used the iCEV materials since the beginning of the company, and he have always believed in their products."

As a Territory Manager, Fleming looks forward to meeting new teachers and maintaining the friendships he has made over the past 30 plus years. He feels his work with iCEV will allow him to continue to give back to the agriculture industry.
