Sharon Eichhorst

After teaching business in Abilene, TX, Sharon Eichhorst, joined the iCEV team due to her passion for Career & Technical Education. She wanted to continue working with CTE teachers and students after teaching business courses in Abilene, TX. Eichhorst holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University and a master’s degree in education from Hardin Simmons University.

Eichhorst holds a meaningful role at iCEV. She offers continuous professional development opportunities for teachers. She serves as a point of contact for iCEV users to have their questions answered and to learn how to use the platform.

When asked why CTE is important, Eichhorst said, "Not all students need to go to college, but they need to learn a skill, and CTE gives them the opportunity to learn the skill in high school."
