Noam Winer is a seasoned SOC RTL digital designer and functional safety expert, currently working at CEVA, Inc. since 2017. Previously, Winer held various roles at Intel Corporation from 1997 to 2000, contributing to critical projects including the Pentium 4 processor's RTL design and timing integration. With a strong technical background in VLSI design, Winer has led teams on complex CPU projects and has been recognized for innovative design methodologies that improve power and performance. Winer earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
