Roy Segal is currently the SW AI Graph Compiler Team Leader at CEVA, where they lead R&D efforts for proprietary and open-source AI compilers and specialize in deploying AI networks on DSPs and hardware accelerators. Previously, they served as the Head of R&D Embedded Software in the Israel Defense Forces from 2020 to 2022 and as a Product Team Lead and Senior Mechanical and System Engineer from 2019 to 2020. Roy holds a Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University.
