Shay Adar

Shay Adar has extensive experience in technology, innovation, and project management, currently serving as the Director of Technology Collaborative Programs at CEVA since November 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing R&D incentives and collaborative projects. In addition, Shay coordinates the Horizon 2020-funded FANCI project at the European Commission and holds significant leadership roles such as HiPer Chairman and ISG Chairman at the Israel Innovation Authority, focusing on high-performance VLSI design and Smart Grid technologies. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at CEVA, R&D Incentives Advisor, and Program Manager positions at notable companies like Ben Gurion University, SanDisk, and M-Systems, with a solid educational background in Finance and Economics from Ben-Gurion University.
