Jared Rich

Jared Rich is an experienced management professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Cigna-HealthSpring. With over 23 years of leadership experience, including 13 years in technology manufacturing and logistics, they have a proven track record in process improvement and cost savings through lean principles. Previously, Jared held roles at CEVA Logistics and Dell, where they were responsible for significant operational optimizations and performance enhancements. Jared began their career in the U.S. Army as a Team Leader in the 3rd Ranger Battalion and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, graduating with a perfect GPA.
